Welcome to Posturely (the “App”). We take user privacy very seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles user data, camera permissions, and information related to in-app purchases.

1. We do not collect or upload users’ personal data

The App does not collect, upload, store, or share users’ personal data.

The App does not send any user data to third-party AI services and does not include any third-party AI services.

The App does not use third-party SDKs, third-party analytics tools, advertising SDKs, or data tracking tools that collect, upload, or share user data.

2. Use of camera permission

The App requests permission to access the device camera. Camera access is used only for the App’s core functions: posture monitoring and posture detection.

Camera images are processed in real time only on the user’s device to determine the user’s posture status.

We do not:

  • Upload camera images;
  • Save photos or videos;
  • Send camera data to a server;
  • Send camera data to any third party;
  • Use camera data for advertising, analytics, training AI models, or any other unrelated purpose.

If the user denies camera permission, the App will not be able to use the posture monitoring function, but the user can still view related instructions, the Privacy Policy, subscription information, or other pages that do not require camera access.

3. Local processing

The App’s posture detection and posture analysis are performed entirely on the user’s device.

Camera data never leaves the user’s device and is not received by us or any third party.

4. In-app purchases

The App may offer in-app purchases, such as subscriptions or one-time purchases.

In-app purchases are processed by the Apple App Store. We do not collect or store users’ bank card numbers, credit card numbers, Apple ID passwords, or other payment information.

The App only uses the purchase status provided by Apple to determine whether the user has purchased, subscribed, or restored a purchase.

5. Children’s privacy

The App does not actively collect personal information from children.

If the App is used by a child, camera data is still processed only in real time on the device and is not uploaded, saved, or shared.

6. Data sharing

We do not sell, rent, trade, or share user data with any third party.

The App does not share user data with third-party AI services, advertising platforms, data analytics platforms, or other external service providers.

7. Data retention

Because the App does not upload or save camera images, photos, videos, or posture detection data, we do not retain such data on any server.

The App may store certain basic settings locally on the user’s device, such as feature settings, user preferences, or cached purchase status. This information is stored only on the user’s device and is not uploaded to a server.

8. Updates to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy due to changes in features or legal requirements. The updated Privacy Policy will be published on this page and will indicate a new effective date.
